Annual return

Also called annual filing, corporate annual return

What is an annual return?

A short filing a corporation makes with its government registry every year to confirm basic information such as its address and directors. Federal and Ontario corporations each have their own annual return, and missing it repeatedly can lead to the corporation being dissolved.
