Express consent

Also called opt-in, opt in consent, casl consent

What is an express consent?

Under CASL, consent a person actively gives to receive commercial electronic messages, after being told the purpose, who is asking and that they can unsubscribe. Unlike implied consent, it doesn't expire, though the person can withdraw it.
